If alien beings live mostly by energy exchange, how would that change the way we think about relationships?

What factors might explain why someone like Melania Trump, living in a multilingual environment, isn't fluent in some languages she is reported to speak?
How can I, as an INTP, become more decisive? I always envy other types, especially the Judging types, they seem to immediately know their goals and instantly take decisions, meanwhile it took me literally an hour or two to make decisions in groups.
