IF, and that is a huge if for this year since it's already more than half over, it gets to 50,000 then the top 0.5% will have more wealth than the bottom 95% combined. Therefore few will be able to buy housing therefore more homelessness.

This of course will not be shown in any housing figures because no agencies will have the ability to monitor the homeless. The houses will be owned by the Banks anyway. And that's what matters most to Trump.

Jobs are also exceeding expectations every month

The job market is doing poorly if you look at the types of jobs being employed. Notice the service sector is more than twice of the trade services...

Everything being made is going to automation, which has few educated people to perform those jobs.
