Why do homeless women tend to have a lower life expectancy than homeless men, and what unique challenges do they face?

Why isn't there hope for Elon Musk to do something good (Rather than kill hundreds of thousands of people by shutting down USAID) since he stated that he will make sure every politician that voted for the BBB will not be re-elected?
My father told me that the US media is so biased in favor of Democrats yet wasn't like that in the past. Is there truth to this?
