I want a tattoo but I'm scared of needles. Any suggestions on how I can have the best of both worlds??

I've heard tattoos hurt though. Are there any places on the body that hurt less than others?

@pearltwin66: Yes the outside of the upper arm (shoulder) is practically painless while the inside of the arm is excruciatingly painful. (have both done). Generally where the skin is thick the pain is minimal where the skin is thin or close to the bone it is more painful.

No I was describing the feeling. It's an individual decision. I waiting until later in life.

@Breadroll: *Sighs* ... Not reallyyyy. In total jest, I was simply implying that a drink would numb the pain and bring a little humor to the experience, due to how I am in a slightly inebriated state. 🙄

Well I guess the next closest thing would be a very localized burning sensation.
