How do Palestinian refugees affect social stability in countries that host them?

It's starting to look like the only "reconciliation bill" the GOP might be able to pass, will simply be a renewal of the Trump tax cuts, with no cuts to spending at all. Will the Republican deficit hawks, and businessmen, actually go for this?
