What is Trump's excuse for pushing a bill that slashes Medicare/Medicaid when he ran on "never touching them"?

If we actually get into a world war because of what Trump has just done in Iran, would he even let his sons volunteer for this war? Would all of Trump's sons claim to have bone spurs?
