Do you agree with anti-Israel activist Mahmoud Khalil's belief that money determines justice in America?

Besides Pam Bondi and Donald Trump, how many members of Trump's cabinet are also foreign assets, and which countries are they loyal to, because it sure ain't the United States of America?
Should the US constitution be amended so that the USA government can not send any money overseas (sending money to Egypt, Israel, Ukraine etc.) Unless all US adults own their own property?
