Why do some people talk about secession, and is it actually possible for blue states to break away from the U.S. legally?

I keep getting opinions about my tenseness, like I’m a person that’s too serious and tense. What do I do to make myself less tense of a person?
Will Democrats side with Iran if war breaks out between the two countries? Will Jews keep being blocked from going to class and keep being harassed at American universities?
