Why are people not up in arms about Trump threatening Musk if he supports political opponents?

Why isn't President Trump using the FBI, the Marshals Service, or other law enforcement agencies in Los Angeles? I thought the Posse Comtatus Act was supposed to keep the military out of such activities.
