Why do INFJs sometimes have those "crazy moments" that seem odd to others, like laughing unexpectedly or needing to touch a tree to feel grounded?

Why do I have more faith praying for others and my prayers for them get answered, but when I pray for myself I have no faith? I’m not seeming to get better health-wise.
