Has the Trump administration sent migrants from countries like Iran and China to Panama, where they were initially held in a hotel for several days?

Am I wrong for driving away from a friend who has become homeless and expects me to fix their problems. They aren’t willing to accept responsibility for their actions, and even blame me for some of their problems?
