Is the fear of political instability under Trump a valid reason for tourists and businesses to avoid the U.S., or is it exaggerated?

What do you do if you just want/need one best friend when you are so convinced that there's no one out there for you?

I don't think "fear of political instability" characterizes the reasons why foreign tourists and businesses are avoiding the US. In fact, I think "fear of political instability" is a way to falsely pigeon-hole what's going on with foreign tourists and businesses.
