as a non-american I can say Obama was the last American president to be respected by most people of the world. He was in a way the last president of the world.

No. The disconnect between Obama's rhetoric and how he actually governed is massive.

Guy was presented as a progressive liberal, governed like a moderate right war hawk, save for identity politics in which case he paid a LOT of lip service to his ideals but his decisions reflected yet another corrupt globalist, ready to sell out America's future to the EU and WEF.
