Will the US Federal Reserve be forced to choose between tackling inflation and unemployment due to President Trump's tariffs?

Why are Democrats and liberal politicians so desperate to have the U.S. invaded by millions of illegal immigrants and to waste billions of U.S. tax payer money on environment destroying weaponry for Ukraine? Why are they so sick in the head?
