Why is Europe still worried about China's economic influence while simultaneously trying to work with them?

How do I get this short guy to leave me alone, he's so creepy and I need a man who is taller than 5'11" I'd prefer a guy who is 6'6" so how do I get the short 5'11" guy to leave me the hell alone?
