Would businesses and workers support or oppose the Fed if it "sits here as long as needed until we get inflation back down"?

Do you believe that finding the right romantic partner (i.e., future spouse) is more difficult now than it was in previous generations, or is it actually easier?
My sister is an ESFJ, and she helps others and shows empathy excessively, which harms her emotionally. How can I convince her to focus more on herself, her well-being, and health, and pay less attention to others?
