How do I respond when my boyfriend suddenly tells me that I need someone who can give me time and attention that I deserve?

I don't want to live with my fiance's adult (28 & 21) children. I want to wait to get married until they move out. Am I being unreasonable?
At what point do most couples start to experience distance or a decline in their love for each other, even if they appear happy in their relationship?
