Why is it ethnic cleansing to remove the Palestinians from Gaza if the *intent* is to build them a beautiful home?

People thought we were moving into a more civilized era where we didn't interfere with each other, and back then the human rights went together with government restrictions, meaning a government couldn't interfere with my human rights, including my decision to reside in whatever country I choose.
Nations were removed by force by colonizing and genocidal nations, that was outlawed. The name for the crime against humanity we outlawed was "ethnic cleansing ".
Americans listen to historical accounts of ethnic cleansing and accept the results as freedom from such laws. It's a mentality where they have a responsibility to be violent and chaotic. It's how you expand.

I dont think the plan includes them returning. Unless the place needs the garbage picked up and the lawns tended..😷

As the politicians say after destroying a wanted area, build back better!

Not sure the intent is for them to ever return other than as the servants to the rich who'll replace them.
