I guuuueeesss...ooh, I can't pick just one quality. I'd say honesty, because I don't want someone to lie to me constantly (which has happened before), but physical attraction is also a contributing factor because if I'm not attracted to you, there can be no relationship.
It is important and probably in all honesty what gets the ball rolling, but the attraction can be enhanced by a great personality or detracted by deceit and unfaithfulness.
Picking one quality is difficult. Trust, honesty, commitment, friendship..the list goes on and on. Physical attraction fades very quickly when you don't share an emotional bond. I can go on and on.
