Ladies and Gents: Do you buy into the response or excuse that you can love many people the same way at the same time?

Love is a very strong word and has different connotations depending on the relationship itself. But seriously, when it's a monogamous relationship, handing someone the line that you can love many people at the same time and using it as a means to escape getting caught from cheating somehow does not work.

I know what you mean...it's like why can't people just be up front. If they are polyamorous, just say so...but don't use a weak excuse to justify wrongful behavior.

Exactly. It's complete garbage. I'm very traditional. If I get married, which I do want to, it's strictly going to be monogamous.
