For improvement? I use anything I think will help. You can never gain too much knowledge. When I have time, I put my headphones on and soak in self-healing subliminal tones, music, meditations, or self-help. However, I found they don't work, because I just can't find the time. 馃槀

I make the time. It's important to be calm or try to attain a degree of it to recharge our batteries. :)

@islandalone: I actually love meditating and often look forward to doing it to go to sleep. Amazing the answers you find out about yourself and other pressing matters of the brain lol...simply amazing. Looking fw to your recommendation. :)
