I ordered this broccoli from a Korean restaurant, but I can’t tell what the white and orange strip is..

Is it definitely part of the dish? Does it have the ingredients used on the menu?

@HijabiMoons It’s 100% involved in the dish, I just didn’t see any other information about it apart from it being one of the basic side dishes that the restaurant provides with the entrée
