Greetings. How are you guys doing today? I wanna know how many of you ever quit a job before. I have. It was due to poor management and very toxic behavior in the work place. I stayed for a few months and then that was that. 🙄 What about you? Have you ever quit or walked out on a job before. Why. Best answer wins. ☺ 🔨

Yes. It's too complicated and time consuming to tell but in short I was only there 4 weeks when it happened. I work QA/QC and was presenting a product to a customer. There was much activity going on around me which made me and the company look bad. He left and gave the company a bad report which the owner without knowing what really happened put on me. I went home and typed an email sent to him and all others in management positions that I quit and this company was a disgrace to for. Five days later I was called in for a meeting. They said I was too talented to lose and offered me a 25% raise to stay. I reluctantly did because my type of jobs were not that plentiful at the time.
