Germany and Italy prove you wrong.
Really only the US, Canada, and Australia have a clue. The Brits are hit and miss. Capable of cool motors but they often get in their own way on things.
As odd and an anomaly itbis. The Soviet's actually made a few pretty cool cars. Underpowered and junky but some were pretty cool.
