@Elessar This is more of a periodic inspection of pizza restaurants to insure that the pizza standards are being maintained. Not the actual police, but something taken seriously by the restaurant's owners.

@DragonFruit So the Carbinieri don't go around arresting shop owners whos carbinara pizza isn't up to snuff??

@DragonFruit Ah, the NAS. Those do a pretty good service if you ask me. Never got sick after eating out, and those inspections probably played a role 👍🏻
