Yeah well...that's debatable.

Americans not only choose austere and short lives for each other, they impose them globally on everyone under the sun.

What's even sadder, is it sounds like an episode of a Saturday morning cartoon for the next generation.

You know…instead of a story that makes one smile, it’s an example of how awful things are. 😞
