I want to know are you better off [b] financially [/b] than you were a year ago. I am. Are you ? A year ago? Only if your pay kept up with inflation, and for the vast majority of people, that's a no. An even better question is whether you are better off today than you were 4 years ago. That's a no for anyone who isn't a politician, part of the military industrial complex, an exec at the central banks or an illegal alien.
@BizSuitStacy Inflation is a scam. The system is rigged. Everybody knows this by now. But anyway some people are better at adjusting than others. It's all about managing the money.
