When you happen to look at the clock and see numbers like 11:11 or 3:33 or 2:22, what does this mean?

It means that's what time it is.

it means since 33:3 has a meaning to me I am more apt to notice it more ,but it is funny I wake up at 3:33 am a lot

It's either eleven minutes after eleven o'clock, or thirty-three minutes after three o'clock, or....twenty-two minutes after two o'clock. To read anything more is just superstitious, or at a minimum, really overthinking things. 😏
