@bijouxbroussard I tried this a few years ago on Gili islands - really from curiousity. Ironic that Indonesia allows it there yet executes drug dealers in the rest of the country. Anyway, I've rarely experimented with drugs in my lifetime but was interested in what people reported. Although people call it a 'spiritual' experience in my terms of reference it is not. It affects perception within the mind significantly and therefore can give the illusion of such. It was to some extent a loss of control of perception.
But then I acknowledge my own frame of reference is meaningless to most people. :) My experience of spirituality is something much more of wholeness, at peace, in control, like a deep sense that you have come home after a long, troubling journey. And everything is ok.
