What do you do when you can't sleep?

No matter how much you toss and turn in bed, you cannot get comfortable. So what do you do?

mistypetal I go downstairs with my pillow and duvet granted it is not ideal or comfortable but I do get some sleep usually when not been pestered by jess our cat
