yes, someone can be a wondeful person even with a low IQ. my best friend for 20 years was a dog, she had wonderful qualities and was an amazing person. with my smart friends I have deep intelectual conversations and with my less smart friends or friends of other species I do other things, like be playful and enjoying the moment. I don't mean any disrespect by comparing with my dog, its more to say that I don't judge the worth of a person by their intelligence or their species, they are wonderful the way they are. my dog wasn't a big conversationist but was still the person i loved the most and miss the most.
