Is it true Hitler was Jewish?

There is no proof of it... but also Hitler seemed to be strongly attempting to destroy his heritage tree after political foes attempted to research it and use it against him.

While some claim that's proof he had Jewish heritage, most historians seem to believe he was trying to hide the inbreeding and family that he hated.

As it's possible that Hitler's father's first marriage, was to his own niece. By all accounts, Hitler father was an evil-hateful man. Sounded like Hitler had five siblings, but only one other man it to adulthood.

What even is a Jew? I believe it's mostly a tribe of people claiming their heritage goes through Abraham or Isaac or one of the big names from the (insert the name for the first 5 books of the Bible. )

Nah. Loads of rumours but it was always because it's a very easy to believe and spread urban legend. No actual evidence.
