I have to say I'm having trouble confirming that.
I've learned she was born Natalie Hershlag in Jerusalem, Israel; only child of Avner Hershlag, an Israeli-born doctor, and Shelley Stevens, an American-born artist (from Cincinnati, Ohio),
I haven't found any connection to Moe Howard. There are photos of Moe with his granddaughter Jennifer, also born in 1981, but I don't think that Jennifer became Natalie.
