I don't know how I haven't realized that you need to speak with right wingers like they are children from the start.

If you let their minds wander you get nothing but absolute nonsense back fueled by insane assumptions you never would have expected a grown person to make.

That’s a difficult thing. I know that when I speak to children there is warmth in my voice and I’m patient. Children’s beliefs come from a place of innocence, and generally when given information that they can understand they revise mistaken beliefs.

Alas, right-wingers are coming from a place of ignorance and hatred. They believe what they choose to, provable facts be damned, and I have very little patience with that. 😔
