Top UN human rights official resigns.

The director of the New York office of the UN high commissioner for human rights has left his post, protesting that the UN is “failing” in its duty to prevent what he categorizes as genocide of Palestinian civilians in Gaza under Israeli bombardment and citing the US, UK and much of Europe as “wholly complicit in the horrific assault”.

I use hollow tips dipped in bacon grease
@Patriot96 That's all the rage these days.

Dead terrorists don't kill anybody, now do they?
Moon3624 · 18-21, F
@TexChik by dead terrorists you mean the children? because most of those killed were civilians and most of those civilians were children.
So I’m sure you are happy at the death of thousands of innocent children.

And while you are an ignorant little girl from usa,
The person who wrote that
Is an expert in genocide apartheid etc with over 30+ years service in the UN
And have been to Palestine/Israel himself throughout the decades
And saw apartheid and Israel’s crimes with his own eyes .

Why don’t you call Israel regime a terrorist? It does everything that Hamas does
But on a much bigger scale

Perhaps the UN General Secretary who blamed Israel for the fact that the Hamas slaughtered Israeli citizens and basically justified the Hamas's acts should follow and also quit.
The UN is a double standards organisation who's heads make too much money doing nothing.

But why would the UN high commissioner for human rights leave his post now? Surely, now that Iran is in charge of the Huuman Rights Commission, all will be set aright.
@daydeeo He retired.

every MoFo with human rights in their job title should have quit 3 years ago during the jabs and mandates when they were all deafly quiet...
The U.N. for all thec good that it does, and it does, has its fair share of failures and shortcomings as well.
He resigned of his own accord.
@soar2newhighs He was reaching retirement age. Perhaps he wanted to retire with pizzazz.
@FrogManSometimesLooksBothWays
As I remember from my Gov’t days, in my job which was loathed by Mgt, when an error was made by a few of us, one of the HR guys steps from retirement wanted to do what is called the Swan song and fire us. But because of his peccadillos himself, that never happened. He did not get a farewell tea either.
Pizzazz isn’t a given…
