@ArtieKat it's basically curry in hollowed out bread. You just choose your protein a d you're good to go. Needs to be very spicy though to make it authentically Durban.
@basilfawlty89 I've actually got some Durban curry - for Christmas last year someone gave me a selection of African spice mixes. Not sure how authentic they are but very tasty!
