Will I die full of morphine in hospice or will I choke to death on my own vomit before I get the chance?

@SW-User I know it's really fucked up, but basically my entire life I've thought ending life in a hospice would be amazing to the point where I'm almost looking forward to it. Can be full of opiates and no one would care or be disappointed.
