How long does it take you to adjust to Daylight Saving Time?

I’m retired and the boy is out of school. Today was the first day that I had to get up early and it was to go to the discount stores as soon as it opened. Wouldn’t have been so bad but I didn’t sleep much last night. Otherwise it was OK.

@ProfessorPlum77 After getting home & putting things up & having lunch I sat down in my chair & got on the internet & fell asleep. Probably 30-minute nap, I could have used 2 hours.
