Dehydration is the biggest issue. Drink a lot of water. Lack of nutrients is another. Alcohol destroys a lot of nutrients--it is a poison--so you'd be best served eating very nutrient dense foods. You'll want to replenish your electrolytes: potassium, salt, calcium, magnesium. In that sense, a multivitamin might be recommended.
In addition, eating a high fat meal before drinking will line your stomach and slow the absorption of alcohol, which could help for your next hangover.
