In the year 2022, I saved the life of a little girl...☺️🌛
It was a warm summer day here on the beach.
The crowd was out and about as it was a typical day. I believe this was in the month of July. I decided to take a stroll on the sand just for a few minutes of my time. And then I started to walk down the boardwalk to see what was going on. While I was going towards it, I saw this little Hispanic girl who was probably no more than 2 years old.
She had a red dress on with white shoes.
She was just walking down the beach through the dunes all by herself. At first I thought she was being followed by her mom or following someone along. Then I saw that there was noone....I mean noone was even around. 🤔 Nobody saw anything. I was so shocked because everyone of course was laying in the sand for miles and miles. But the dunes behind them blocked them from seeing her. So I went up to her and asked this question. "Are you looking for your mommy and daddy." She said yeah, in a very soft faint voice. I immediately grabbed her hand and walked with her. I glanced over to the left of me, and saw a lifeguard patrol. He was in his truck and I assume he had already gotten word that the little girl was missing. I waved my hand 👏
and he stopped instantly. I told him I found the little girl walking alone. And that she needed to get back with her parents as quickly as possible.
He grabbed her, made a call, and the mother was right there about two minutes later. The father arrived afterwards and he looked visibly upset at his wife. But anyway, everything turned out just fine. She, the little girl, was safe and
sound. I was glad that I was at the right place at the right time. Because the situation could have been a lot worse. I realized that day that this happened for a reason. Because 3 months before that I stopped someone from committing suicide. Not going to get into that though. But you get my point. I love humanity. Comments. ☺️ 🌍
