How long did it take for your heart to let go and stop yearning for them, wanting them, needing them, bawling your eyes out for them like a child who just got his candy snatched away from them? For your mind to stop thinking constantly about them? For your brain to finally snap back on and steer you clear from the dangerous addiction that they call love?

I don’t know about falling in love, but there were definitely feelings. I never got over them and still think about them every so often. I know full well nothing could have happened since we were both in committed relationships, but I would have liked to remain friends since we had gotten along so well. They remain the best connection I ever made on this site and I’ll never forget them.
