I've been walking a hell of a lot lately because I wanna start jogging

but like, I haven't jogged in so long so I didn't wanna start running & dying right off the bat 😅 so I was like alright lemme just walk fast for miles every day & [i]then[/i] I'll start running 😂

Idk but it does actually feel good. That's like that dopamine shit it releases then you just be chillin 🤷 nah but idk it really does help with a lot. Feels like I've been thinking a lot clearer. I've been feeling okay honestly

I’ve been walking a mile every morning at sunrise. I really do feel more energetic and in a better mood. No running or jogging for me though. I have a knee that couldn’t handle that! I’m working my way up to 3 miles a day.
