I've been walking a hell of a lot lately because I wanna start jogging

but like, I haven't jogged in so long so I didn't wanna start running & dying right off the bat 😅 so I was like alright lemme just walk fast for miles every day & then I'll start running 😂

Idk but it does actually feel good. That's like that dopamine shit it releases then you just be chillin 🤷 nah but idk it really does help with a lot. Feels like I've been thinking a lot clearer. I've been feeling okay honestly

That's a way to start something. I love walking, it is for exercise but mostly for peace of mind and relaxation. My form of meditating, if I ever had one. Myself, I couldn't give that up to go on a run... but yes, if you are trying to give yourself a way to etch (motivate) yourself into running I imagine it's a damn good way.

@SW-User yeah it does seem to feel pretty relaxing. Running would be a lot more tiring but I assume the kind of rewarding that i could use but who knows maybe I'd hate running 😂
