@SW-User you're a bad employer if your employees talk shit about you and think about leaving and u need to ask for feedback to know why is that. That means that you're clueless at what's happening in your business, if it got to that point.

In my answer I said, look into hiring new people. So in case these leave or start underperforming, to change them.
