If a man says hello to a woman...is this sexual harassment ? 📚

Well if you are the hard core Liberal indoctrinated, modern , feminist, then it probably would be. Last week we were assigned to unload a commercial long distance truck at a university. Before we began our duty we were told not to say hello or engage with any women on the site. There were about 20 male workers in all. Half were Black the other half White. We started our job and the day went good. Note while we were working women in the apartments there were saying hello 👋 to us the entire time. They were saying things to us. They were smiling. They were naking comments. They were also a few women workers there who seemed to be very comfortable there fixing up the building for remodeling. They were with a different company. And at the end of the day a couple of women called us to their cars as we were leaving. Two Caucasian girl's...the guys they called were some Black dudes. My fellow coworkers. They asked them for directions to the swimming pool around the corner of the building. They were new and we're about to start school there soon. The they asked us if we wanted to join them later on. Hmmmmmm. See where this is going right. So what do you make of all of this. The site manager said a week earlier a few girls there told on them and said the guys were harassing them. Hmmmmmm. Comments. What do you think about this whole situation and the whole me too movement energy out there today. Best answer wins. 🤔

Of course saying hello to a woman is not harassment. But if girls were harassed the previous week I can understand why the site manager or whoever it is told you not to speak to them at all. Sounds like he is thinking, if they are not speaking at all, then they are definitely not harassing.

Maybe the girls who were friendly, even flirtatious when you were there were not the same ones who felt harassed the previous week. I didn't see what happened the previous week, sounds like you didn't either. Maybe there was harassment. Maybe there wasn't.

@Poppies The manager said there was no harassment. But he said some made a complaint about it just because the guys were only saying hi.
