How can you sit there and pretend to love a job you hate when it obviously makes you unhappy?

Those of you who hate your jobs, what gets you through the day?
I finished my masters of science this past summer. I despise my job because of the environment and the people. I was just curious what gets some of you through the day. Would you quit the job because you feel genuinely unhappy?
I know having a job at this current climate is a privilege, but I’m genuinely feeling unhappy. My work hour is 9am-8pm with mandatory Saturday (I work at a studio in Asia) i work in compositing which means 1-2 hours OT and OT is not paid, my base salary is near graduate level.
But the major issue is my supervisor and boss are not easy to work with. They do a lot of shady things but I don’t want to go into details.
I just don’t know what to do, I don’t have anything lined up or heard back from anywhere. I feel pretty trapped, would you quit if you feel genuinely unhappy? Is that a valid reason? Does anyone else absolutely HATE working or get depressed at the thought of spending 1/3rd of your life just... working? Do you have advice for how to cope?

Keep looking for other opportunities, they are more likely to hire you when you have a job

May God give you strength and patience to get there, in Jesus’ name

I feel you except for the fact, that I love what I do. I just don’t like the people I work with.
Needs stand supreme.
