Do you easily have a crush on anyone who shows interest in you?

I like to get to know them first

I love crushing. Generally it eases up once the joy of that initial spark dims down or once I’ve grown to know them as a friend, but that initial attraction to somebody’s personality and the joy of sharing their company is one of my favorite things

Sadly, showing interest in me has little to do with my ability to crush on someone. I must be interested first, otherwise it just feels like doing them a favour and settling.

No I don't crush on people easily and it's very rare for me to connect with someone enough for me to want to dissect but when I do I fall hard

It takes a while, or I won't take her seriously. It can take years to make up my mind, but ultimately I will make the right choice for me.

I tend to be standoffish until I get to know them. I still have a massive crush on my husband though.

No I don’t. There has to be a connection and even then he would have no idea what he would be getting himself into with me.
