If the Bible gets something wrong. Why blame us when we point it out ?

Facts are facts. Primitives didn’t know the facts when they wrote the bible, god didn’t correct the errors. And they weren’t meant as metaphor .
Twice so far , believers blamed me for lying about something the bible clearly is and has been demonstrated to be wrong.

There is a place in Spain called Finistere.

It is so called because when people first came there, they saw a cliff and oceans seas, and water as far as they could see.

They called it Finistere because they thought it was the physical end of the land they called their world.

This was the settled view until they discovered more.

Science has settled views until they discover more. If we waited for the final answer from Science, we would probably die before we got it. So we have learned that the scientific method produces results, that although not final, are safe to implement.

And Religion is still uncovering things about the various Gods and Their interactions with people. through the Studies of many people in many different fields.

Knowledge, Spirituality and the Human Race are continually evolving.
