Don't mind me
What is the purpose of life? Why are you alive?
For the average person, from a global perspective, life is a series of miserable tasks and events, one after another, from the day one is old enough to start school, till the day one retires.
School sucks. An average person spends 15-20 years of their lives studying.
Wake up, go to school, do your homework, go to sleep.
After graduation, an average person will spend anywhere between 9-14 hours at work.
Wake up, go to work, come home and do some chores, go to sleep.
A married person will spend more time working and doing things for others, including family.
An average married family is by design, dysfunctional.
You spend the best days of your life on the daily grind, and what have you got to show for it?
Nothing.
By the time you retire, you might have enough money to start paying hospital bills and medications to prolong your already wasted useless life.
The average person will never get their dream jobs, nor marry their dream partner, nor have their ideal dream family.
They will never get to do the things they really really wished for.
Once they're married, they will put forward the happiness of their partners and children at their own expense, not knowing that no matter how much they give them, it'll never be enough. They have their own dreams and wishes, which in turn will remain unfulfilled due to practical limitations.
And the cycle continues.
Your parents spent their entire lives working hard to make ends meet.
You're probably doing the same.
Your children will most likely have to do the same.
Is this what life's all about? You spend your entire life toiling hard and pleasing others, and what do you get in return? Nothing.
Most people don't care about you when you're alive.
Chances of anyone remembering you when you're gone? Nil.
