Friend has just had a stillbirth at 35 weeks. She has COVID. How do I help her..

After years of trying and finally getting pregnant my best friend just messaged me saying she’s just had a stillbirth at 35 weeks, today. She just found out an hour ago. She has COVID and she hadnt felt it move.. she was so far along. Then couldn’t find a heartbeat. What do I say to her. Any experiences or anyone comfortable with sharing?

How do you help? You listen.. Thats all there is to be done..There is nothing you have to show undewrstanding. There is nothing you have of your own to share. You just listen so she knows her anguish is heard. 😷
